In the heart of Rome, along Via Novara, the Gentilini biscuit factory began crafting its delicious baked goods in 1906. For over a century, Biscotti Gentilini has been synonymous with quality, tradition, and authentic Italian flavors.

A Short Presentation of Biscotti Gentilini

Gentilini is one of Rome’s most historic biscuit brands, renowned for its artisanal methods and premium ingredients. Their biscuits—crunchy, fragrant, and irresistibly tasty—have graced Italian breakfast tables and coffee breaks for generations. From classic "frollini" (shortbread cookies) to rich butter biscuits and savoiardi (ladyfingers), Gentilini’s recipes remain deeply rooted in tradition while maintaining a timeless appeal.

Though the original Via Novara workshop may no longer be active today, the Gentilini name continues to evoke nostalgia for Rome’s golden age of pastry-making. Whether enjoyed with a morning cappuccino or as an afternoon treat, Biscotti Gentilini represent the sweet taste of Italian heritage.

Very comfortable and Silent. Facing the inside garden with the local trees. "Magnolia Room" comes from the old Magnolia tree recently removed and from the Raku decoration inside the Room. Inside, more original furnitures and tiles from the 1920.
