Our shared PC has a QWERTY English Keyborad layout.
If your language has some special characters not available on your keyboard, you can follow these steps, in order to have special chars at handy
1. Open your favourite browser [example firefox]
2. Type the name of the char your looking inside Google (at sign : http://goo.gl/RuqX0 )
3. Paste the char you need form google result inside your document
